Primary role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Architect with over 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As an Azure Cloud Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Azure services, infrastructure as code, automation, and best practices in cloud architecture.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Azure cloud services.
- Design robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures that meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, documentation, and best practices for Azure cloud solutions.
- Lead and participate in the implementation of Azure infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure Resource Manager.
- Implement security controls and best practices to ensure data protection, identity management, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines, continuous integration, and delivery processes.
- Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Azure cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure services, features, and trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on Azure best practices, architecture principles, and emerging technologies.
