Primary Role:
Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce platform to support our sales and marketing operations. The Salesforce Administrator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets the organization's needs and goals.
What you'll do:
- Administer and configure Salesforce tools to optimize functionality and user experience.
- Customize and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and workflows according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions to meet business needs.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
- Conduct regular data audits and ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform.
- Provide ongoing user support, training, and documentation to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and releases, and recommend improvements or enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolution and support
