Primary role:
Head of Finance with 12 - 15 years of experience in SaaS product companies. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of Finance will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of finance professionals, managing stakeholders and business sponsors, and driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional financial acumen, and a proven track record of success in the SaaS industry.

What you'll do:

Leadership and Team Management:
· Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.

Stakeholder Management:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business sponsors, executive leadership, and external partners.
· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and strategies with broader business objectives.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
· Drive preparation of annual operating plan, budget, actuals and forecasting at P&L level for multiple business units; ensure accuracy of forecasts is maintained.
· Oversee the company's FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.
· Develop and maintain robust financial models and reporting tools to analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.

Business Finance:
· Partner with business leaders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize performance and profitability.
· Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and partnerships, conducting thorough financial analysis and risk assessments.

Compliance and Risk Management:
· Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls, and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective risk management strategies and controls to safeguard company assets.
Job Requirement
Basic qualifications & skills:
· financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
· CA or CPA with 12 -15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
· Strong proficiency in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others at all levels of the organization.
· Proven track record of managing stakeholders, building strategic partnerships, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
· Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and BI platforms.
