About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office in Belgrade, Serbia. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support for running day to day office operations.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers.
  • Manage and oversee office supplies and equipment and inventory.
  • Process and manage office-related expenses and invoices.
  • Collaborate with the finance department and assist in budget tracking and financial reporting.
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance and leave records.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open communication.
  • Distribute internal communications and announcements.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Coordinate employee events and celebrations.

Would be considered as an advantage:

  • Familiarity with office equipment and IT troubleshooting.

Job Requirement
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
