Primary role
As a Director, Program Management, you will be fully accountable for the planning, execution, and completion of all project activities for implementations of our Odessa Platform (ERP) for our customers in the Equipment Leasing and Finance Industry. This will include the delegation of tasking, planning of the overall timeline and milestones, and delivering a project that is on-time and on-budget. You should have a solid understanding of what needs to get done and the ability to plan for the required resources at the appropriate times over the life of the project.
You’ll be the main point of contact with customers and will also be collaborating with Account Managers and Solution Architects. In addition, you will be working alongside many other teammates in both our Philadelphia and Bangalore offices, including our Business and Technical Analysts and engineering teams.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead all project aspects from planning to cutover and go live for multiple medium to large, multi-year (ranging from 2 to 5 years) software implementations
  • Monitor and report project status and KPIs weekly to key customer and company stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage project plans, tracking completion to forecast; coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of deliverables
  • Prepare internal and external project status reports
  • Prepare and facilitate executive sponsor readouts
  • Own project financials; Prepare and track project budgets
  • Manage the project change control process
  • Create change orders and facilitate reviews with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage global teams and resources across multiple time zones
  • Maintain consistent communication with the customer; develop and nurture key client relationships and is the primary company contact on the project
  • Drive the outcomes and expectations from customer meetings and direct the communication and flow of information
  • Build relationships across offices and functions
  • Participate in effort estimations for the new opportunities; Work closely with the pre-sales team to understand the high-level scope of the prospective project and estimation exercise
  • Responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to generate revenue to meet established revenue targets
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Responsible for contributing and adhering to PMO best practices, methodologies, templates, processes, and policies
Job Requirement
Required
  • 10 + year project management, managing ERP implementations
  • Ability to actively plan and manage large matrixed project teams of 20+ resources
  • Familiarity working with remote teams and customers
  • Track record of creating and then executing complex multi-workstream project plans
  • Familiarity working with multi-national customers or stakeholders
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC, data migration, system integrations, and testing)
  • Experience in Iterative Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to identify resource requirements and manage team schedules across multiple projects in different phases of execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
  • Ability to travel average 25%

  • Master’s degree or PMP Certification
  • Basic JIRA knowledge
  • Expert MS Project skills
