Primary role:
The Director, Pre-Sales specializing in product demos is responsible for showcasing Odessa’s products and solutions to potential customers, assisting in the sales process, and driving customer engagement
What you'll do:
Product Demo
· Conduct engaging product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features, functionality, and benefits.
· Customize product demos based on customer requirements and pain points, highlighting the unique value proposition and tailored solutions.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, using appropriate visual aids, case studies, and live product simulations to effectively convey the product's value.
· Address customer questions, concerns, and objections during product demonstrations, providing technical expertise and solutions to address their needs.
Sales Support
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, business challenges, and objectives, and align product demonstrations accordingly.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics, leveraging product knowledge and market insights to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Provide product expertise and technical guidance to the sales team, supporting them in positioning the products effectively and addressing customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and enhance product demonstration materials, including presentations, videos, and demos.
Customer Relationship Building
• Build strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and effectively positioning Odessa’s products as solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights, industry knowledge, and best practices during product demonstrations and interactions.
• Gather customer feedback during product demonstrations, capturing insights to improve future demonstrations, product offerings, and customer experience
Technical Expertise
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Odessa’s products, technical specifications and their competitive advantages.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to Odessa’s products and solutions.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge through self-learning, training programs, and participation in workshops or conferences.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the product development team based on customer feedback and market insights.
Basic qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) is preferred.
· Minimum 10+ years’ experience in pre-sales, product demonstrations, or a similar customer-facing role in the FinTech industry.
· Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex products and solutions.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
· Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver engaging and persuasive product demonstrations.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
· Willingness to travel for customer meetings and presentations, as required.
